Cross Star Realty & Cross Star Mortgage (separate businesses) have had a successful business in southern Florida (Miami area) since 1994. We have expanded into the Jacksonville area and our new office is located at the corner of San Jose Blvd. & Racetrack Road with future expansion planned for the Northside area.
What services do you provide? We can provide you assistance with literally anything relating to selling or buying real property.
Customized Listing Packages - If you don't want our "full service" package and want to consider other options, we can sit down and discuss exactly what you would like. EVERYTHING is negotiable. What do you charge to sell a home?
There is NO "standard" for establishing the cost to sell your home. Everything is negotiable, and our agents are empowered to do whatever it takes to meet your needs. We provide the EXACT SAME benefits (actually MORE!) as any other company including virtual tours, for sale signs, MLS listing, your home listed at REALTOR.com, etc.
